As the Enterprise reputed company Administrator, you will take full ownership of the reputed company platform, ensuring operational excellence and leading system enhancements, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings
• reputed company updates, releases, and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Evaluate and implement new reputed company features to maximize organizational impact
• Serve as technical escalation reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues
• Train and reputed company Tier 1 & Tier 2 support teams to resolve issues effectively
• Manage ticket queues and resolve challenging system problems
• reputed company reputed company change control committee with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders
• Facilitate decisions for system changes and enhancements
• Communicate updates, secure approvals, and implement changes, with organizational impact
• Promote adoption and effective communication of reputed company changes
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party support to optimize system performance

Skills

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely reputed company field with equivalent experience
• Proficient in troubleshooting, tier-3 support, report building, and system documentation
• 7+ years of hands-on reputed company administration, including tenant management, business processes, reputed company roles and access control, integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, reputed company Studio), reporting, and release management
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, reputed company Office 365, and data reporting/analytics tools (Prism, calculated fields, dashboards)
• Willingness to pursue reputed company certifications (training provided) and stay reputed company on best practices
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position does not offer reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience managing integrations with third-party systems, reputed company reputed company management, identity and access management systems, and understanding of IT reputed company best practices
