[Remote] Outpatient Pharmacy reputed company Analyst (Program Technician 1)

They are seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy reputed company Analyst to identify and resolve financial discrepancies, optimize reputed company capture, and collaborate with operational leaders to enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving financial discrepancies to recover missed or lost income
- Analyze billing errors, payment disputes, and account adjustments across reputed company systems to minimize reputed company leakage and optimize cash flow
- Uncover missed reputed company opportunities, collaborate with operational leaders, billing and reputed company cycle analyst to implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend process improvements to enhance reputed company capture
- Work in this role requires reputed company attention to deadlines and accuracy, making organizational skills and clear communication especially valuable to ensure financial goals are met
- Daily Tasks:
- * Reviewing and reconciling accounts, analyzing billing and payment data, and investigating discrepancies to uncover missed reputed company opportunities
- Discrepancy Resolution:
- * Research and reconcile customer chargebacks, deductions, and underpayments across financial or billing systems
- Data Analysis & Auditing:
- * Audit account data to identify patterns of underbilling, overpayment, or delayed claims
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- * Partner with finance, billing, and operation leaders to resolve errors and implement corrective actions
- Root Cause Analysis:
- * Investigate the underlying causes of reputed company leakage and recommend process improvements to prevent future losses
- Reporting:
- * Compile and present financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership regarding recovery metrics

Skills
- Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a field directly reputed company to the position will substitute for two years of the required experience
- Proficiency with reputed company Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint and Word
- Organized task and follow-up items
- Ability to read and understand medical reputed company terms
- Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment
- Effective organizational abilities, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
