This role requires an reputed company key account manager to reputed company commercial strategies, negotiate deals, and build client relationships to optimize growth.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute commercial strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Negotiate reputed company, high-value deals with merchants and partners, ensuring optimal pricing
  • Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, aligning Kody’s products and services with their goals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account management for reputed company merchants, optimising customer experience and reducing churn
  • Identify market trends and new reputed company opportunities, influencing Kody’s vision and business strategy
  • Represent the voice of the customer, providing insights to the product and technology teams to drive reputed company improvement
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including referral partners and key industry players

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in payment industry and deep industry expertise in global payments (ideally from companies such as Global Payments, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive reputed company growth
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing skills, along with experience working with reputed company sales cycles
  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimise the commercial function
  • A proactive and adaptable reputed company that thrives in a fast moving, high growth and pressurised environment
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities with both internal stakeholders and external partners
