Responsibilities

Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, technical delivery, solutions consulting/engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven experience managing reputed company projects and multiple stakeholders
- Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software
- Major passion for AI inside and reputed company of work
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and product teams
- Data-driven and able to use insights to improve outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
