[Remote] Project Manager II

Responsibilities

• Assembles project teams and assigns individual responsibilities to ensure technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives
• Creates and communicates project scope in coordination with technical teams, schedule and budget with the project team, client, and contractors and serves as primary liaison by informing reputed company parties of project reputed company and challenges
• Develops project budgets, reviews costs, and tracks adherence of planned budget to maintain client satisfaction and contribute to the execution and financial success of projects
• Secures appropriate resources for reputed company stages of the project, ensuring timely completion of assignments
• reputed company the quality management plan with the project team to ensure client and firm standards are met
• Recognizes potential risks or additional costs reputed company project plans and implements strategies to minimize impact
• Organizes and conducts routine project meetings with the client and project team to establish alignment on project expectations and performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or a reputed company area preferred
• A minimum of six years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing responsibility
• May have Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management certification or degree
• Adept in and manages projects in accordance with reputed company's PM Statement of Expectations
• Successfully completes reputed company's Project Management Development training program and reputed company's Quality Management training reputed company 12-18 months
• Adept in engineering and design terms, contract requirements, project financials, and operations
• Has excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills and the ability to generate innovative and effective solutions to reputed company problems
• Has high-level organization, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Detailed understanding of how the firm operates as a consulting business and how this role contributes to the success of the organization
• A valid driver's license and a good driving history
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
