[Remote] Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a rapidly growing financial services organization seeking a Senior Wealth Strategy Consultant to join their inbound sales team. This role focuses on conducting pre-scheduled reputed company consultations with high-net-worth individuals to provide retirement tax planning guidance without traditional prospecting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound reputed company consultations with qualified prospects
• Use the client’s diagnostic reputed company to assess retirement planning concerns and tax exposure risks
• Educate prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts
• Create meaningful “epiphany moments” that help prospects understand the long-term impact of tax planning decisions
• Build trust and credibility through clear, consultative communication
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process without relying on pressure-based sales tactics
• Manage follow-up conversations and pipeline activity with discipline and consistency
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting
• Participate in coaching sessions, team reviews, and ongoing training initiatives
• Consistently reputed company or exceed reputed company and reputed company-reputed company targets
• Contribute positively to a high-performance, coachable team culture

Skills

• CFP® designation in good standing (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years in a client-facing financial planning, advisory, or consultative financial services role
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
• Strong consultative communication skills
• Clean U4 regulatory history
• Confidence presenting premium planning fees
• Strong executive reputed company and professionalism on reputed company
• High emotional intelligence and active listening ability
• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
• Coachable reputed company with willingness to follow a proven process
• CRM experience preferred
