[Remote] Technical Project Manager

This role involves owning project execution, coordinating releases, managing stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements in Agile delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- reputed company software development projects from planning through deployment
- Coordinate release planning, readiness reviews, and production deployments
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote delivery accountability across teams
- Serve as the Jira subject matter expert, including dashboards, reporting, workflows, and automation
- reputed company executive-level reporting and delivery metrics
- Support production issue triage, defect management, and release activities
- Drive reputed company improvement across Agile processes, SDLC, and release management practices
- Partner with leadership to reputed company AI-powered tools and automation to improve reporting, visibility, and operational efficiency
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Release Manager, or similar role
- Proven success managing multiple software development projects in Agile environments
- Strong Jira administration and reporting experience
- Experience coordinating software releases and working closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and DevOps teams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and release management practices
- Ability to participate in technical discussions, issue triage, and root-cause analysis
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery outcomes
- Previous software engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps background
- Experience reputed company insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
- Advanced Jira expertise, including automation and reporting tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments
