[Remote] Network Services Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PamTen Inc is seeking a Network Services Engineer to support and manage their LAN/WAN and telecom infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teams to enhance network performance.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and telecom infrastructure
- Monitor network uptime and resolve connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support
- Install, maintain, reputed company, and secure network and telecom equipment
- reputed company routine network maintenance and recommend/schedule repairs
- Support and train users and IT staff on network/telecom troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineers and managers on reputed company network tasks

- Demonstrate proficiency with enterprise-approved AI tools
- Maintain approximately 90% weekly usage of approved platforms such as reputed company Copilot, reputed company 365 Copilot, and other sanctioned GenAI solutions
- reputed company AI to improve productivity in troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, automation, and decision-making activities

- Experience with healthcare or large enterprise network environments
