[Remote] IT Manager - Interoperability Engineering

ITR Group is seeking an IT Manager specializing in Interoperability Engineering to reputed company a team focused on healthcare data integrations and interoperability solutions. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and support of interfaces connecting various healthcare platforms while ensuring reliable data exchange and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities

- Manage hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development
- Establish best practices, standards, and frameworks for interoperability development and support
- reputed company the full reputed company development lifecycle, including project planning, prioritization, and delivery
- Promote Agile methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and reputed company improvement
- reputed company the design and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions utilizing HL7 and reputed company integration technologies
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define reputed company requirements and technical solutions
- Drive reputed company modernization initiatives and integration roadmap planning
- Ensure seamless connectivity across clinical, operational, and financial systems
- Serve as a key liaison between business teams, customers, and technical resources

- Manage on-call support processes and critical incident response

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of experience in software development, healthcare IT, or interoperability engineering
- 3+ years of people leadership or engineering management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with HL7 integrations (required)
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting healthcare data interfaces
- Experience working with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Experience with Mirth Connect (highly preferred)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience leading healthcare integration or interoperability teams
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and reputed company engines
- Experience with software implementations and enterprise integration projects
