[Remote] Platform Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Platform Product Manager to join their Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will reputed company cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and deliver products that enhance safety and trust in the hospitality and travel sectors.
Responsibilities
- Leading a cross-functional working group of engineers, data scientists, designers, operations experts, and policy experts to ensure alignment, execution, and launches
- Maintaining product backlog and the product roadmap. Own prioritization process of product solutions based on business value and customer impact
- Defining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
- Building alignment across product teams (inside and reputed company of Trust & Safety), and Leadership/Executive teams
- Anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the business needs, customer needs, versus technical or operational constraints
- Presenting product roadmap and status to the business and leadership on an ongoing basis. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes
- Evaluating new product opportunities and bring reputed company proposals (buy, build, partner solutions) for new capabilities with data and users at the forefront
- Developing short term plans reputed company with long term goals to iteratively build platform capabilities to defend against fraud, abuse, safety, unwanted bad activities, etc
- Build and scale platform capabilities that reputed company rapid deployment, experimentation, monitoring, and governance of machine learning and AI-powered defenses across Trust & Safety teams
- Partner with Operations, Policy, Legal, Privacy, other defense Product and Engineering teams to ensure AI-driven enforcement systems are accurate, explainable, operationally effective, and reputed company with customer and business outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years product management experience
- Prior product, operations, consulting or engineering experience in reputed company, trust, safety, risk, payments or fraud
- Prior experience building machine learning products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- reputed company in design and hypothesis driven product development
- Entrepreneurial drive to reputed company stretch goals in an innovative fast-paced environment
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity, and high stakes trade off decisions
- Familiarity with modern AI systems - foundation models, model fine-tuning, RAG architectures, agentic systems, model serving, and AI observability
- Experience building internal platforms used by multiple product and engineering team
