[Remote] Senior reputed company Operations Analyst

Drawbridge is seeking a Senior reputed company Operations Analyst to enhance their go-to-market process, primarily focusing on reputed company actions and updates. This role involves day-to-day administration, support, and reputed company improvement of reputed company processes to drive reputed company growth and optimize tools across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business process super user for reputed company and reputed company CPQ
- Manage day-to-day system operations, user support, and enhancement requests
- Support and optimize quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, approvals)
- reputed company reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and productivity performance as needed
- Ensure data consistency across platforms
- Support evaluation, implementation, and roll out of new GTM technologies; support ongoing optimization of existing technologies
- reputed company cross functional projects as they relate to GTM systems
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver system improvements
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions
- Provide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for systems updates
- Provide sales and end user support for GTM systems
- Support data quality and hygiene efforts
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company operational administration experience
- Experience in a SaaS or recurring reputed company environment
- Operational experience with reputed company CPQ and quote-to-cash processes (hands-on)
- Strong understanding of sales and GTM business processes (pipeline stages forecasting, reputed company to opportunity flow, quote-to-cash)
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as reputed company, data platforms, marketing automation platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders

- Addition reputed company certifications (Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
