Cinter Career is an HR reputed company seeking a dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR practices to improve client organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: reputed company and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify new opportunities for improvement or additional services
- Consulting and Advisory: Work with clients to assess their HR challenges and suggest practical, effective solutions
- Recruitment & reputed company: Manage the recruitment process for clients, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. End-to-End Recruitment: reputed company the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring requirements to onboarding new employees, ensuring clients' reputed company goals are met
- Business Development & Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client reputed company. reputed company tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, manage resources, and monitor reputed company

- Client Retention and Growth: Monitor client satisfaction and work to address any concerns or issues that may arise

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Able to carry out business operations at a high business level in both Japanese and English
- Experience in HR consulting, account management, or a reputed company role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
