[Remote] Director of Product Management

ECA Recruiters is seeking a strategic and execution-focused product leader for the role of Associate Director / Director of Product Management in Oncology Rare Disease. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end commercialization strategy for a flagship rare oncology asset, leading go-to-market strategy and partnering with various teams to ensure successful product launch and patient access.
Responsibilities
- Own commercialization strategy for a rare oncology launch
- reputed company pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy
- Build patient access and HUB support programs
- reputed company patient, caregiver, and provider journey insights
- Drive KOL engagement and guideline strategy
- Partner cross-functionally across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Manage external vendors and launch partners
Skills
- 7–12+ years of pharma or biotech experience
- Oncology commercialization experience required
- Rare/orphan disease launch experience required
- Strong market access, pricing, and reimbursement background
- Experience building strategy in an ambiguous, pre-launch environment
- Pediatric oncology experience preferred
- Radiopharmaceutical, gene therapy, or reputed company therapy experience a plus
