Responsibilities
- Assist with the campaigns and reputed company for the New England CDOs
Skills
- Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
- Preferred applications: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link
