[Remote] Software Engineer (QA/Release Manager)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IV.AI, a US based company, is looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join their team. This role involves leading the release process for a primary product, improving code quality through QA and testing, and contributing to full stack engineering using TypeScript and React.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Devops and infrastructure work (we're GCP + Terraform)
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and system design sessions
- Contribute to full stack engineering (on a TS & React stack)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, scope, and implement new features
- Own key projects from technical design through implementation and deployment
- Write clean, scalable and testable code with an emphasis on performance and reliability
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team
Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or other cloud providers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented reputed company
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- A collaborative spirit and desire to work cross-functionally
- Passion for computer science fundamentals and building long-lasting solutions
- Experience with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and BigQuery
- Comfort working in a startup or fast-moving environment
- Contributions to open reputed company or reputed company projects
