[Remote] Project Manager II, PSO

The Project Manager II will assist the project team in completing projects reputed company their planned scope, schedule, and budget while managing project schedules, documentation, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular feedback to the PSO management team on process improvements and best practices
• Track and report individual time for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budgeted labor
• Host recurring customer conference calls to drive project execution and travel onsite to customer facilities as needed
• Participate in onboarding new Project Managers
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and development
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve project management methodologies and practices across the organization
• Be a subject matter expert, responsible for maintaining project documentation in our Confluence space

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry, with increasing demonstrated responsibility and success
• reputed company in diverse product lifecycles and integrations, including hands-on experience with key third-party vendors reputed company major SaaS suite ecosystems
• Experience using reputed company Office Suite, including MS Project, MS reputed company, and reputed company
• Must be comfortable managing multiple reputed company projects (25-30+)
