[Remote] Tangoe Advisory Services (TAS) Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tangoe is a leading Technology Expense Management company specializing in innovative expense reputed company for enterprise organizations. The TAS Account Executive will focus on maximizing reputed company and client relationships by providing consulting services and managing business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company relationships with prospective clients to provide updates to management and internal operational teams with overall client satisfaction, contract compliance, and any potential new business opportunities
- Proactively work with Tangoe New Logo, Existing reputed company and Alliances Sales teams on targeted account prospecting. Identify services and commercial offerings that meet client needs and business objectives
- Analyze and understand contractual language to ensure operational delivery and compliance
- Service Offering and project scope expansion through the development of strong relationships with key client decision makers and users
- Relationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers and strive to build relationships at the C-Level
- Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Tangoe by handling business in a respectful and professional manner
- Ensure that prospective client scoping requests are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating critical scope issues appropriately
- Own the contracting and Legal process as it pertains to TAS-only service offerings
- Work closely with the project team to maintain a reputed company knowledge of customer contracted services. Identify potential issues and/or opportunities reputed company to the project
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates reputed company offerings to prospect clients
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in high performance sales organizations
- Proven Account Management and Sales Overlay track record focusing on satisfaction, contractual commitments and up-selling capability
- Ability to communicate with Sr. Management &/or C-Level Executive prospective client contacts
- Track record of closing six-reputed company or larger sales and achieving quarterly sales quotas
- 5+ years in Telecommunications Expense Management or Telecom/Mobility Consulting ideal
- Proficient in reputed company Office Products (Outlook, reputed company, PPT, Word etc.)
