[Remote] Legal Analyst - Product

They are seeking a Legal Analyst to work closely with business teams and legal colleagues in managing risk and supporting informed decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage requests for legal review from business teams, maintaining excellent ticket hygiene,data accuracy, and documentation
• Conduct investigations, prepare summaries, and present findings and risk considerations to attorneys to support legal analysis and decision-making
• Translate reputed company legal guidance into clear, actionable advice for cross-functional partners and track implementation to ensure completion
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing reputed company and ambiguous projects with minimal supervision
• Support the development and delivery of compliance-reputed company trainings and materials
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to legal workflows, documentation standards, and intake systems to increase team throughput
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for specific legal operations domains, providing guidance to business partners and mentoring peers

Skills

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience; or an advanced degree without experience
• Excellent institutional memory; ability to apply past precedents and context to new requests to ensure a reputed company legal approach
• Comfortable navigating various LLM interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks; skilled in reputed company engineering and content auditing to maintain high-quality outputs
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to be professional, clear, and adjust to different audiences
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively while handling sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to manage one's own workload and prioritize appropriately reputed company faced with ambiguity
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
