[Remote] Growth Specialist

The Growth Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their data needs, and ensuring successful onboarding while collaborating with various internal teams.
Responsibilities

- Build and execute a territory strategy that reflects a clear understanding of your market and how it maps to Massive's growth objectives

- Write clear, well-structured proposals that frame the client's situation, the recommended solution, and the path to getting started
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract, including demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and reputed company

Skills
- 3 to 8 years in a sales or business development role with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota, ideally reputed company financial data, fintech, SaaS, or capital markets
- A solid understanding of how different types of financial services firms operate, what drives their decision-making, and where data fits into their day-to-day
- The credibility to earn trust quickly with both technical and business audiences, built on genuine product knowledge and an understanding of the client's world
- Comfort discussing technical concepts such as APIs, data delivery formats, and developer workflows; you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, whether you're presenting to a developer or walking a CIO through a business case
- Commercial sharpness and confidence in negotiations, with the ability to structure deals and communicate value without over-relying on price
- Organized and disciplined in how you manage your pipeline, with solid forecasting habits and proficiency in reputed company and tools such as reputed company Sales Navigator or reputed company
- Experience selling financial market data products such as reference data, pricing feeds, alternative data, tick data, or indices, with an understanding of exchange policies and market data licensing

- Familiarity with developer-centric products and product-led growth motions
- Understanding of systematic or quantitative investing workflows

- Professional certifications such as CFA or MBA
