Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with clients reputed company phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance
- Serve as a single reputed company of contact, coordinating reputed company’s full range of resources to address client needs reputed company and effectively
- Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions
- Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve
- Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience
Skills
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services
- Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations OR ability to obtain reputed company 180 days of employment
- Life Insurance license OR ability to obtain reputed company 30 days of employment
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client‑focused environment
- Prior customer service experience, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- Previous sales, counseling, or entrepreneurial experience, reflecting the ability to advise, influence, and operate with an ownership reputed company
