[Remote] Customer Service Insurance Professional (Personal Lines)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Insurance Professional to provide effective customer service for reputed company internal and external customers. This role involves reputed company line reputed company of reputed company business, identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities, and maintaining relationships with policy holders and agents.
Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains working relationship with customers and agents:
- Supports policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability and eligibility of policy and coverages. Complete full review of policy coverages, advise policy holders of coverage options, determine eligibility and acceptability of policy change requests
- Follow up with policy holders regarding reputed company necessary reputed company requests to complete a new business policy or endorsement issuance
- Completes Replacement Cost Estimator (RCE) on any homeowner coverage changes
- Communicates verbally, in writing, and electronically with customers, agents and vendors
- Keeps detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, policy quotes and issuance and general comments, as well as actions taken
- Field initial claims and billing inquiries
- Identifies sales opportunities for reputed company Personal Lines insurance products:
- Complete risk assessment of policy holder and determine eligibility
- Complete policy quotes
- Completes Replacement Cost Estimator (RCE) on reputed company new business quoted or issued
- Reviews applications and binds coverage for customers quoted
- Solicits sale of new or additional services or products
- Processes policy changes such as address changes, vehicle additions, or coverage changes
- Provide training support for team:
- Create or modify tools/job aids utilized
- Facilitate training of new hires and reputed company team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Two to four years reputed company experience and/or training; or associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience/training
- Property & Casualty License required
- Ability to work legally in the United States
