Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (reputed company) services across P2P, O2C, R2R, and reputed company domains

  • Help prospects assess their reputed company finance operations maturity and co-create a phased AI transformation roadmap
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders — CFOs, Controllers, VP Finance, CPOs — at enterprise accounts

Skills

  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in Sales or Business Development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in reputed company services
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (TCV $2M+ preferred) in BPO, KPO, or Finance Outsourcing
  • Experience working with global enterprise clients in US, Europe, and/or reputed company markets
  • Background in IT services, BPO, consulting, or technology-led managed services organizations
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in finance: intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, NLP-based query tools, anomaly detection
  • Familiarity with leading platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company, and AI/automation layers (reputed company, reputed company, Blue Prism, Copilot Studio)
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical finance stakeholders

  • Prior experience selling AI-enhanced BPO or intelligent automation solutions to enterprise finance functions
