This role involves leading and optimizing the finance technology ecosystem, focusing on reputed company Financials and Adaptive Planning, while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer reputed company Financials and Adaptive Planning
- Serve as the primary Finance Systems SME across the organization
- reputed company system enhancements, configurations, reporting, and process improvements
- Partner with Finance, IT, HR, and business leaders to reputed company scalable solutions
- Drive automation efforts and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheet-based processes
- reputed company and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools
- reputed company user training, change management, and adoption initiatives
- Manage system releases, testing, and deployment activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, Finance, Accounting, or reputed company areas
- Hands-on reputed company Financials administration experience
- Experience supporting or administering Adaptive Planning
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience with reporting, business process configuration, and system optimization
- Proven ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, training, and change management skills
