[Remote] Senior Manager, Go to Market Operations

They are seeking a Senior Manager of Go to Market Operations to build and scale the operating infrastructure that supports their reputed company organization, focusing on systems architecture, data strategy, automation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company and the broader Go-to-Market technology ecosystem (reputed company, reputed company, Claude, reputed company, reputed company, etc)
- Design scalable system architecture supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, reputed company, and Account Management
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices across GTM systems
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and productivity

- Own account data sourcing, enrichment, and territory carving for future sales hires

- Own GTM data quality, governance, and operational reliability
- Build scalable frameworks for reputed company routing, account ownership, lifecycle management, enrichment, and attribution
- Ensure customer and reputed company data remains accurate, accessible, and actionable

- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive workflows and manual processes
- Connect AI tools, agents, and orchestration platforms into existing GTM systems

- Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership on systems, operations, and organizational scale

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or reputed company disciplines
- Deep expertise in reputed company administration, architecture, and ecosystem management
- Experience designing reputed company system integrations and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, APIs, automation tools, and data platforms
- Experience implementing AI, workflow automation, or agent-based solutions reputed company business operations
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable systems and operational processes
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
