[Remote] Wholesale Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Wholesale Operations Analyst to support day-to-day wholesale operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory tracking, and effective communication across teams. The role involves managing daily order flow and maintaining systems that support wholesale operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between Wholesale Sales, Logistics/Distribution, and customers, to support smooth order execution
• Process and manage wholesale orders in reputed company and reputed company with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain data reputed company through accurate data entry and system updates
• Support inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Prepare and distribute daily customer product menus, including availability and pricing
• Compile weekly and monthly sales, and performance reports
• Monitor operational trends and escalate or suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure accurate pricing, including application of approved discounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer inquiries
• Process and reconcile product returns with proper documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business needs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, order processing, data entry, or a reputed company field
• Strong reputed company skills (pivot tables, data comparisons, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age
