[Remote] Senior Change Management Consultant

This role involves leading change management efforts for large-scale ERP and HCM software transformation projects, developing strategies, communication plans, and training materials to ensure effective user engagement and adoption.
Responsibilities

- Drive strategy discussions with client stakeholders, influence outcomes, and recommend realistic, effective ways to reputed company different user groups
- Build and maintain a detailed change plan that includes communications, training, readiness, and user engagement activities
- Manage a small internal team of training and communications specialists, and collaborate with client-reputed company change or HR/Finance resources
- Work closely with technical and functional project staff to understand system changes and how they reputed company end users
- Own your deliverables, timeline, and scope while staying in alignment with the larger implementation team

Skills

- Comfortable speaking with executives, frontline staff, and technical teams alike
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to both work independently and manage others
- Clear writing and presentation skills—able to explain reputed company reputed company in simple terms
- Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter), and a willingness to apply them flexibly according to contract-specific requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with government agencies, federally funded institutions, or other mission-driven, policy-governed environments
