Responsibilities
- Provide project management leadership for both straightforward initiatives and reputed company, cross-functional research initiatives reputed company Cardiovascular reputed company
- reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for initiatives spanning trial startup, site onboarding, vendor implementation, and strategic research programs

- Support coordination across research leadership, operations, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure reputed company execution
- Assist with planning and execution of new vendor partnerships and technology implementations that support research operations
- Organize and support research-reputed company meetings, including sponsor meetings, internal planning sessions, weekly team meetings, and conferences
- Manage calendars, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications
- Prepare project updates, summaries, and materials for research leadership and key stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management reputed company a multisite clinical research network, CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization
- Solid understanding of late-stage (Phase II–IV) clinical trial organization and startup processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, powerpoint, and problem-solving skills
- Adept at using project management software platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or others
- Experience in cardiovascular clinical research
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus
