[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device company focused on robotic surgery. They are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of the order lifecycle by managing processes from quote to cash and supporting contract workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, validation, and submission to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Review sales orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with approved terms and policies
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and delivery
- Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and fulfillment delays with urgency and attention to detail
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders and sales teams
- Facilitate the review and processing of customer reputed company, quotes, and sales agreements
- Partner with Legal and Sales teams to reputed company, track, and manage contract approvals and revisions
- Ensure reputed company deal terms (pricing, discounts, terms & conditions) align with company policies and approval frameworks
- Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and documentation storage
- Act as a central coordinator to move deals reputed company through internal approval workflows
- Support sales teams with quote reputed company, deal structuring, and order submission processes
- Maintain and enforce standardized workflows for quoting, contracting, and order processing
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for sales team inquiries reputed company to orders, reputed company, and operational processes
- Assist in onboarding and training sales reps on tools, policies, and order/contract procedures
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or reputed company field preferred
- 1–4+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, reputed company administration, customer operations, or reputed company commercial support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM tools, and reputed company or similar ERP tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

- Experience supporting a medical device, healthcare, or other regulated commercial environments preferred
