[Remote] Marketing Manager

Trajectory Recruiting is a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming women's health, and they are seeking a high-impact Marketing Manager. This individual contributor role will own the creative lifecycle and campaign strategy for both consumer and healthcare provider marketing, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assess gaps across the full marketing funnel—from awareness to retention—and execute integrated campaign strategies for both consumer and HCP audiences
- Own the end-to-end creative process, including consumer insights, briefing, and providing actionable feedback to external advertising agencies and freelancers
- reputed company multi-channel campaigns across paid media (reputed company, reputed company, CTV), email, SMS, direct mail, reputed company, and Shopify
- Partner with Performance Media, Content, and Automation Managers to ensure cohesive execution and translate data insights into smarter creative decisions
- Propose hypotheses and structure tests to improve conversion and engagement, maintaining a reputed company "test-and-learn" reputed company
Skills
- 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of owning campaigns and delivering measurable results
- Experience in managing external agency, vendor, and freelancer relationships is essential
- Deep understanding of paid media, email, SMS, and e-commerce platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full creative process from initial strategy through final delivery
- Comfortable interpreting performance data to optimize creative output
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive messaging
- A self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in fast-moving, remote environments
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or a similarly regulated consumer category
- Previous experience with healthcare provider (HCP) marketing
- Familiarity with reputed company or Shopify ecosystems
- Experience working in or alongside an advertising agency is strongly preferred
