[Remote] AI Product Manager - Growth

They are seeking an AI Product Manager to drive product-led growth, focusing on provider referrals and enterprise integrations, while leveraging AI to enhance product development and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and user research: building systematic ways to learn from pediatricians at scale and translating insights into a prioritized growth roadmap
• Self-serve product experiences that reputed company it effortless for pediatricians and their staff to navigate Clarity, refer patients, and get answers without contacting support
• Workflow automation that removes administrative burden from referring providers and shortens the referral path
• Clinical collaboration infrastructure: the two-way data flow that closes the reputed company between Clarity and the providers who refer to us
• Patient experience improvements as appropriate reputed company with feedback loops back to referrers, so trust compounds over time
• Enterprise integrations and partner-facing surfaces that turn exploratory conversations into signed partnerships

Skills

• 6+ years shipping product end-to-end
• Strong engineer who has owned product decisions, or a product leader who writes their own code
• Comfortable in a PRD and a pull request
• Design experiments to falsify your strongest assumption first
• Can prototype in a weekend and harden for production the next week
• Pick a north star, defend it, and report against it honestly
• Genuinely enjoys talking to users, including pediatricians, their staff, and partner teams
• Operates well solo with full ownership of the surfaces
• Set the roadmap, write the spec, ship the code, and pull in support from clinical, operations, and engineering reputed company needed
• Healthcare experience
• Provider workflow tools, EMR/EHR integrations (FHIR/HL7), e-fax/clinical messaging, prior auth, or referral and care-coordination products
