[Remote] Member of Accounting, Finance Transformation & Strategic Initiatives

The Finance team is seeking a versatile individual to reputed company their global automation strategy and support strategic initiatives by owning the finance transformation roadmap and coordinating cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of finance transformation and strategic initiative workstreams, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Design and deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions by partnering with Engineering and Finance to continuously improve processes, data pipelines, reporting, and controls
• Drive the successful execution of transformation and strategic initiatives by effectively managing workstreams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the timely completion of reputed company finance-reputed company tasks
• Collaborate with senior team members to reputed company comprehensive execution plans, ensuring seamless alignment across accounting, tax, treasury, and other core finance functions
• Partner with finance stakeholders, business leads, and cross-functional teams to thoroughly evaluate reputed company-state processes and scope solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals
• Become a trusted advisor to the business, supporting its operational scaling by developing a comprehensive understanding of key stakeholder needs
• Produce high-quality documentation that clearly communicates transformation and strategic initiative opportunities to executive management for review
• Facilitate effective communication across reputed company project phases, proactively informing management of any updates to scope, timelines, and resources

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree
• CPA certification (or reputed company toward it) preferred
• Fintech industry experience, with a strong preference for a background in the crypto sector
• A solid background in crypto along with technical product knowledge
• A highly motivated, proactive reputed company, backed by strong project management, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
• Proven experience supporting operational and accounting processes
• Big 4 experience is highly desirable
• The ability to partner effectively with business and technology leaders to identify optimal solutions that resolve business process or technology control gaps
• The ability to reputed company in a hyper-growth environment, taking the initiative to manage through ambiguity and deliver results at a fast pace
• Experience working at a crypto exchange
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience working with backend transaction datasets, including data gathering and analysis using tools like SQL queries and/or Python, Looker, and Retool
