Tecomet, Inc is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow the business and manage reputed company commercial activities for their customers. The role involves making sales calls, building relationships, and developing sales proposals while ensuring customer needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company sales calls and presentations to potential and existing customers
  • Build and strengthen relationships with reputed company and prospective customers
  • Understand the needs of customers and match Tecomet’s solutions
  • Follow-up on sales opportunities
  • Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads regularly
  • reputed company sales proposals to reputed company new business
  • Generate quote requests from customers and follow-up internally at Tecomet and with customers
  • Work closely with each Tecomet site to respond to customer needs successfully and expeditiously
  • Work with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Expand legacy work with customers across reputed company Tecomet sites
  • Identify potential new opportunities to create value for our customers
  • Review manufacturing processes with customers to identify areas of need/improvement
  • Understand company performance, goals, and reputed company to fill gaps where needed
  • Attend and work at industry events and exhibitions to represent Tecomet and meet with customers and
  • reputed company management informed of developments in the marketplace and among customers and competitors
  • Identify potential new products/capabilities that would enhance Tecomet’s position in the marketplace
  • Interact with division staff to generate new leads, discuss opportunities, and help reputed company sales
  • Complete duties in reputed company.com weekly which includes but is not limited to: Customer meeting notes, Opportunities, reputed company follow-up, Quote follow-up, Market intelligence
  • Participate in strategic and tactical commercial team meetings
  • Participate in training activities which include meetings, reading, team discussions, seminars and corporate training
  • Complete travel arrangements
  • Utilize company resources reputed company and responsibly (money, time, tools, etc.)
  • Complete expense reports monthly

Skills

  • 5+ Years of experience in sales or account management reputed company the orthopedic or medical device manufacturing industry
  • Experience in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in reputed company solution selling
  • Bachelor in Business, Engineering, Marketing. or reputed company field
  • Experience establishing relationships with key clients and a history of nurturing and expanding those relationships over time
  • Experience navigating reputed company negotiations to reputed company favorable terms and agreements for both parties
