[Remote] EPIC reputed company & PRELUDE SOLUTIONS ANALYST- MAINTENANCE (Travel 5- 6 times only)

The Epic reputed company/Prelude Solutions Analyst will reputed company technical expertise to resolve reputed company issues, optimize processes, and align technical strategies with business objectives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements, while ensuring clear documentation for usability and future reference
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams
• reputed company development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Must have certification/proficiency in one of the following Epic reputed company, Prelude
• Build experience required, minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
• Experience, certification, proficiency in Referrals is a plus
• Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users
• Consistently acts with reputed company and accountability
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
• This position will be required to travel 5-6 times for one member project through the summer only
• Prior to moving reputed company to the team interview, reputed company candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment
• Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
