The Premium Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of premium payments for new and in-force business, involving reviewing, reconciling, and processing funds received through various channels while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and process reputed company and electronic premium payments, ensuring negotiability and accurately allocating remittance information reputed company the appropriate administrative systems
- Reconcile daily funds processed against system entries, researching and resolving discrepancies while making necessary adjustments
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial transactions through detailed review and quality control practices
- Support a variety of operational and administrative tasks as business needs and daily volumes fluctuate
- Serve as a cross-functional backup for multiple processes, ensuring continuity of operations and team success
- Identify and escalate issues as needed while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Skills
- High school diploma required
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- A proactive communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity reputed company needed
