[Remote] QA Engineer IVR, Automation (reputed company) & AWS Connect QA
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company QA Engineer to join their Healthcare technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating customer interaction platforms and ensuring high-quality automated testing processes in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications and contact center platforms
- reputed company end-to-end testing of IVR systems, including call flows, speech recognition, routing, and integrations with backend applications
- reputed company and maintain test automation frameworks using reputed company and implement automated regression suites
- Validate and test AWS Connect implementations, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing activities
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools and work closely with development teams for resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and data privacy requirements
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Strong experience in IVR QA testing and contact center technologies
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing using reputed company
- Experience testing AWS Connect solutions and integrations
- Strong understanding of API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end test scenarios
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Prior experience in the Healthcare domain, including healthcare applications, member services, or payer/provider systems
- Exposure to cloud-based testing and CI/CD environments is a plus
