[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, Platform Infrastructure Engineering

This role involves leading a senior team to build and maintain a secure, scalable platform that supports reputed company engineering teams, enhancing the overall developer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Own the platform roadmap across reputed company pillars: cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, developer experience, intra-service reputed company, and architecture standards
- Drive our multi-cloud strategy (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data center migrations, with everything defined as Infrastructure-as-Code
- Own the observability stack end to end — monitoring, alerting, tracing, on-call, and incident response — and establish SLO-driven reliability standards for service health across engineering

Skills
- 8-10+ years of experience developing software, with deep hands-on background in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and growing senior engineers
- Hands-on expertise across the platform stack: networking and traffic management, compute orchestration (Kubernetes), datastores, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, reputed company, or similar), and observability tooling
- Expertise with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) and cloud-native architectures at scale
- A track record of running platform teams as force multipliers — reputed company by the velocity, reliability, and adoption they create for other teams, not just the systems they ship
- Proven technical leadership: you reputed company architectural and strategic decisions that shape how an entire organization builds and deploys software, and you stay reputed company enough to the code to reputed company them well
