The role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality standards while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company facets of software development projects to ensure schedule, budget/profitability and quality goals are met
• reputed company client satisfaction, by managing and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Ensure project meets reputed company contractual obligations
• reputed company project plans, schedules, and objectives
• Proactively communicate project status and plans to client, project team and reputed company Management
• Obtain written acceptance for reputed company deliverables
• Create and maintain successful alliances with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Assess and track risks, reputed company risk mitigation plans
• Manage budgetary items associated with project expenses, capital purchases and contract resources

Skills

• Minimum seven plus years experience in managing software development projects
• Minimum of five plus years external project management reputed company required
• Minimum five years' experience with software development methodologies and of the overall iterative software development lifecycle
• Broad understanding of insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving, issue resolution, negotiation, and diplomacy skills
• Travel to client sites will be required and will vary with project assignment. Expected travel up to 25% of the time
• PMI Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
