They are seeking a Product Development Intern to support their Technology & Innovation team, focusing on product design and prototyping in the infrastructure sector. The role offers hands-on experience with product development projects and collaboration with a global engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Create photo-realistic product renders for technical and commercial use
- Document prototype testing protocols and results
- Support seal design requirements for RFQs and supplier development
- Assist during design stages, focusing on product and process constraints
- Support development of robust, manufacturable solutions
- Consolidate technical documentation packages
- Present final outputs and recommendations to the project team
Skills
- Currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering or reputed company degree (Rising Sophomore preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SOLIDWORKS, Fusion360, AutoCAD, or Onshape)
- Experience with 3D printing (Bambu Lab, Bambu Studio, Prusa), Laser Cutting, rapid prototyping/ Photo-realistic 3D renders
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of programming tools (Python, Micro Python, MATLAB)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous internship or academic project in product development/design
- Experience creating photo-realistic renders
- Exposure to prototype testing or tolerance analysis
- Interest in infrastructure, water management, or building solutions
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, extrusion)
- Spanish language skills (a plus)
