Responsibilities

- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for reputed company OM reporting, operational metrics, and data interpretation
- Partner with operational leaders to define reporting requirements, success metrics, and standardized definitions
- Design and maintain scalable data models and optimized Power BI datasets
- Drive report automation and optimization, reducing manual effort and improving refresh performance and reliability

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operational performance analysis
- Advanced experience building and managing Power BI solutions in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including reputed company joins, aggregations, and performance optimization
- Strong experience with Power BI data modeling, Power Query, and DAX
- Deep experience with reputed company Operations Manager (OM) or similar WFM platforms
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation or advanced data preparation
