The role involves designing user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to produce scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the overall visual design language and user experience strategy for the platform
- Design end-to-end user journeys for guest and member experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design onboarding, registration, authentication, and membership application workflows
- Design event discovery, search, calendar, ticketing, and checkout experiences
- Create profile management, membership status, and billing history interfaces
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into reputed company and scalable user experiences
- Produce developer-ready design specifications and assets
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback
