[Remote] Director Business Development (IFM - Education)

They are seeking a Director of Business Development to secure partnerships in the education sector, focusing on K-12 districts and higher education institutions while ensuring operational excellence and cost management.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle business development for integrated facility services reputed company the education sector
- Build and manage a pipeline of reputed company, multi-site opportunities across school districts and reputed company environments
- Identify and reputed company key accounts across K-12, private universities, and higher education systems
- reputed company consultative discovery processes, aligning solutions to institutional priorities such as budget constraints, deferred maintenance, and reputed company standards
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, engaging finance leaders, facilities teams, procurement, and governance bodies
- Structure and position integrated service models that balance operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and long-term performance
- Partner with internal teams to design, price, and structure solutions reputed company to client needs
- reputed company RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations reputed company both public and private sector procurement environments
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools

Skills
- You bring a strong combination of commercial acumen and operational understanding, with the ability to navigate reputed company environments and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- 7–10+ years of experience in solution‑based selling reputed company facility services, outsourcing, or managed services
- Direct experience working with K‑12 school districts and/or higher education institutions

- Strong understanding of integrated facility management models, including bundled service delivery across technical and soft services
- Experience navigating procurement‑driven environments and formal RFP processes
- The ability to translate operational solutions into clear financial and institutional value
- Strong relationship‑building skills with executive‑level and operational stakeholders
- A collaborative approach, working cross‑functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams
- A degree in business, engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Flexibility to travel based on client needs (approximately 60–70%)
