[Remote] Finance & Insurance Consultant (Field Sales) - Philadelphia

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Motor Company is seeking a Finance & Insurance Consultant to represent HDFS and serve as a trusted business advisor for the H-D dealer network. The role involves developing relationships with dealers, driving financial targets, and maximizing business opportunities through various financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine dealer visits, track and review financial sales production, gross profit margin, and assess the needs and opportunities from the dealer’s perspective. Meet with various department personnel to obtain critical information; facilitate debrief meetings with dealership staff, present findings and implement best practices to maximize profit and customer satisfaction. reputed company and deliver dealer training as necessary
• Analyze sales data and F&I process to identify opportunities and implement best practices to maximize compliance, premium service, and reputed company for the dealer through the presentation and sale of F&I products and services

• Acts as a subject matter expert for the dealers. Has extensive knowledge of available products and services and can mentor dealership personnel through role-play situational training using sales process and menu presentation techniques
