[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Retailer Platform

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to reputed company the vision and roadmap for their Retailer Platform, focusing on site theming and visual merchandising tools to enhance retailer experiences and drive conversion. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams and major retailers to reputed company scalable platform capabilities and ensure high-quality delivery of commitments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising tools (templates, components, style tokens, page builders, personalization) that differentiate retailer experiences and scale across partners
- reputed company customer discovery with major retailers; translate brand and merchandising requirements into scalable, secure platform capabilities with clear guardrails, balancing flexibility with performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams: write crisp PRDs, prioritize backlogs, sequence launches, and drive outcomes through metrics such as adoption, time-to-launch, conversion lift, and attach reputed company; run experiments and controlled ramps
- Partner with Design to evolve a storefront design system and WYSIWYG tooling, and with Engineering to define APIs/SDKs and internal tools that accelerate implementation and reduce ongoing maintenance
- Serve as the reputed company person for executive and cross-functional communication; align stakeholders across R&D and Commercial, surface trade-offs, de-risk timelines, and ensure retailer commitments land on time with quality
Skills
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products
- 3+ years working directly with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or adjacent industries, including running discovery workshops and QBRs
- 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling (e.g., templates, component libraries) used by multiple external customers or internal teams
- Proven track record leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Data Science/Analytics, Research, TPM) and 10+ stakeholders
- Proficiency with web fundamentals and constraints (HTML/CSS, component libraries, reputed company design, performance, accessibility reputed company to WCAG 2.1) and with analytics/experimentation (ability to write SQL and use tools like Looker or reputed company; A/B testing)
- Experience presenting product strategy, trade-offs, and results to VP+ audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with e-commerce or site-building platforms such as Shopify, reputed company, Squarespace/Weebly, reputed company Experience Manager, reputed company, or similar
- Experience building extensible platform surfaces, including APIs/SDKs and developer or partner ecosystems
- Background in merchandising, personalization, or search/browse optimization for large catalogs
- Familiarity with brand governance, legal/compliance reviews, and change management reputed company large retailers
- Experience with internationalization/localization, SEO best practices, and performance optimization at scale
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for retailer workshops, co-development sessions, and key launches
