Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in business process management, operations, reputed company, automation, or digital transformation roles in a private, public, government or military environment
- High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of experience in business process management, operations, reputed company, automation, or digital transformation roles in a private, public, government or military environment
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, machine learning, RPA, and predictive analytics
- Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Power Automate, or similar technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, process maps, and scalable operating models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven reputed company
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar methodologies
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) is a structured approach for applying Lean-Agile principles across large enterprises
