[Remote] CRM Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CORE Foodservice is a North American Foodservice Sales Agency that connects customers with their favorite brands. They are seeking a CRM Operations professional to maintain and enhance reputed company for sales operations, ensuring data reputed company and user support across the organization.

Responsibilities

• User Support & Enablement
• Support users at reputed company levels of the organization with the CRM system, including:
• Call Entry
• Account maintenance
• Opportunity Management
• Objective Management
• Dashboard metric review
• Manage and resolve CRM Help Desk support requests
• Conduct training for users at reputed company levels and create/update training materials
• System Administration & Configuration
• Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
• Customize reputed company objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
• Evaluate, implement, and test CRM enhancements and configuration changes
• Reporting, Dashboards & Scorecards
• Run reputed company and scheduled reports
• Build and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards
• Own scorecards for 500+ Sales Associates across multiple channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publishing
• Data Quality & Governance
• Maintain high quality CRM data
• Load, delete, and reassign Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and reputed company records
• reputed company system testing and validation prior to production releases

Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on reputed company Administrator experience in a production environment
• Experience supporting sales teams, reporting, automation, and data reputed company initiatives
• Experience providing reputed company user support and resolving day-to-day system issues
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute projects reputed company deadlines
• High proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, to implement solutions
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
• reputed company Certified Administrator preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboarding and reporting, preferred
• Industry experience reputed company food brokerage, food manufacturing, or food distribution preferred
