[Remote] Healthcare Project Manager

Accel bi corporation is actively seeking an reputed company Certification & Compliance Project Specialist for a long-term, full-time opportunity supporting a major Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) program. This role is critical to supporting federal compliance and certification initiatives and involves collaborating with business leaders, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful Medicaid Enterprise System certification and ongoing federal compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams through CMS certification activities and compliance requirements
- Assist in leading certification workstream meetings
- Maintain certification documentation repositories and evidence trackers
- Gather, recommend, and manage certification evidence from implemented solutions
- reputed company certification narratives and supporting documentation
- Coordinate certification readiness assessments and demonstrations
- Support ORR, CRR, DAP, PBA, and MITA-reputed company activities
- Collaborate with CMS, MITRE, project teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure certification deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
Skills
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Project management experience, including matrix-managed teams
- Managing multiple projects, schedules, scope, quality, and change management
- Experience with project tracking tools (reputed company Project, Jira, MITAPulse, etc.)
- Exceptional technical writing skills (playbooks, manuals, compliance documentation)
- 3+ Years of Experience
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably Medicaid, analytics, reporting, or reputed company areas
- Experience using project management and tracking tools
- 2+ Years of Experience
- CMS Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle experience
- Experience preparing for ORR cycles
- Experience managing certification evidence and compliance documentation
- Ability to coordinate with CMS and MITRE teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder only
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization
- Must have relevant U.S. work experience
- Local North Carolina candidates only
