Responsibilities

  • Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic healthcare customers
  • This includes representing reputed company business lines of JCI, developing strategies, and creating segmentation playbooks to drive additional reputed company and profit reputed company the Healthcare Vertical
  • Take ownership of outcomes by persuasively, persistently, and confidently presenting JCI offerings to healthcare customers at the executive level, achieving profitable results
  • Manage the ongoing sales process, reputed company relationships, and anticipate client needs with a focus on a portfolio of high-value opportunities where JCI's role as a trusted partner is critical to client success

Skills

  • Minimum of ten years of progressive business development experience at the executive level and above
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering, or a reputed company field
  • Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organizational environment
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to organize large data sets
  • Proven ability to influence markets at key levels
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally (position is virtually located)
  • MBA degree
  • Knowledge of the construction and facilities management industry
  • Familiarity with reputed company and local operational models
