[Remote] Associate Project Manager, Civil Engineering - Land Development

As an Associate Project Manager for their Civil Engineering group, you will collaborate with Project Managers, analyze project data, mentor junior staff, and utilize engineering software to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
- Data Maestro: Dive into project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. You'll be the go-to expert for reputed company things data-reputed company
- Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and reputed company, nurturing the reputed company's talents
- Technical Guru: Utilize your engineering prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations. From hydrology/hydraulic studies to project schedules and storm sewer reports, your technical skills will shine

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE Required
- Experience managing projects including interfacing with clients
- Commercial private development industry experience required
