[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of the GL reputed company, reputed company recognition, intercompany activity, and collections while working in a fast-paced, technical finance team.
Responsibilities
- Own the month-end GL reputed company, including reputed company recognition under ASC 606, deferred reputed company schedules, prepaids, accruals, and fixed assets
- Manage accounts receivable and collections across US and international customers — including high-touch enterprise billing and reducing DSO
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across U.S., French, and UK entities, and coordinate with international accounting partners
- Own sales tax collection and remittance reputed company reputed company
- Support audit preparation and serve as an active participant in the upcoming audit process
- Manage customer invoicing and collections in Maxio, including reputed company contract scenarios like proration, upgrades, and self-service to sales-led transitions
- Identify process gaps and fix them — faster reputed company, cleaner data, reputed company automation
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales (RevOps, DealDesk), Legal, and People Ops to reputed company accounting reputed company with what's happening in the business
Skills
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company or public accounting
- Hands-on experience with ASC 606 reputed company recognition in a SaaS environment
- Strong GL accounting foundation: intercompany, multi-entity reputed company, reconciliations
- Experience managing the full AR cycle — invoicing, collections, DSO improvement
