[Remote] Engineering Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for a 12-month contract focused on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall program leadership and governance for MES initiatives, defining objectives, success metrics, operating reputed company, and escalation paths
- Plan, execute, and monitor MES projects from initiation through delivery, owning integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across cross‑functional and departmental teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, site leadership, functional partners, and vendors to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision‑making
- Manage financial and resource aspects of the program, including budgets, forecasts, SOW execution, vendor performance, and efficient allocation of internal resources
- Assess reputed company, ambiguous project issues and reputed company effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction objectives

Skills

- Experience transferring from reputed company-based records to eDHR
- Experience assessing and planning for potential project risks
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in Program and Project Management
- Experience managing a Manufacturing Execution System implementation project
- Additional experience with ERP, eQMS, or similar Enterprise IT system would be ideal
- Practical experience leading and managing the execution of projects and operational initiatives reputed company a technical or professional discipline
- Advanced knowledge and skills in project or program management with an understanding of reputed company impacts across the organization
- Experience with using or ideally implementing Critical Manufacturing MES
- BPCS ERP experience
